Project of cement technical reform at first plant in Ben Xi starts

In mid-October 2013 first plant of Benxi technical transformation project officially starts construction and the project team is formed. 
According to Ben xi geographical and climate characteristics, after January is frozen period and construction can not be carried out. In order to achieve the target which is in 2014 first plant starts to produce cement, all civil construction projects must be completed by the end of this year, so the project team members are in a race against time. 
First plant production line construction project is currently divided into three parts which are civil construction, equipment removal protectively and service of retention equipment. Currently, concrete pads of NO.3 cement store exit has been completed and the model work starts; laboratory basement earthwork is cleaned up, concrete pads work is underway; gypsum concrete pads has also been completed, foundation concrete is pouring; clinker storage and packing plant civil works will also begin construction in the coming days. Professional equipment engineers make retained equipment inventory lists for first plant, and make a detailed plan for the retention of equipment inspection and maintenance to ensure in the future first plant cement production line can be used safely. November equipment selection and quotation will start with the infrastructure projects together simultaneously.
