Road reconstruction makes it fundamentally changed

Because of plant location, production technology, history and many other factors, Zhengzhou Long Xing company early roads and drainage can not meet with the development of the company. During the operation of last procedure, casting machine’s cooling water will often overflow everywhere because there is no drainage, which makes staffs need to complete "bumpy road, cross mountains and river "when they go to toilet and take a bath, especially in case of rainy day, it becomes even more difficult.  

"Do practical and good things, create welfare for staff" has always been the management philosophy advocate of Zhong Xing Group. In order to thoroughly improve the above problems, create a better working and living environment for staff, after reporting and getting the approval of what personnel and administration department discuss with purchase department, Long Xing personnel and administration department decides to construct、expand and pour again for the bumpy east and west road to thoroughly improve the working environment.

In order to ensure the normal production, the construction of the entire project is carried out in a way which is at different area and in different stage. With the hard working of logistics department, nowadays a clean, smooth road and a reasonable drainage facility are presented in a everyone's eyes, which not only adds a dash of color to company but also get good reputation from staffs. Construction of the road and improvement of drainage system not only change the company's environmental conditions, but also promote virtually the company's development. In the future, in employees’ work and life, there will no trouble where there are lots of flying mosquitoes which is because of the sewage spilling; never be worried the forklift topple over because of bumpy road; never complain "Long March" for going to toilet or bathing.....
