Defeat the wind and snow, warm Longxing

In a flash, the Chinese New Year is over, Zhengzhou Longxing stipulated the start date of company operation on Jan. 8th, 2014 in lunar. All the staff is preparing to go back to work from various places by different means of transport to start a new journey of a year. Bad weather with heavy snowfall in Henan province caused the airport close and highway close, which brought great inconvenience to employees return. Even so, this didn’t affect employees’ work enthusiasm. There were some employees in the same district who voluntarily drive to go back together. Besides, local employees were also voluntarily to drive to the railway station to pick us staff to the company, which let employees from other provinces feel the warmth of home.

The snow blocked roads. Colleagues arrived at company early to pick up spade and broom to remove snow. In the effort of my colleagues, a clean and neat avenue appeared in front of us, which brought a great convenience to all staff and products delivery.

Ground was full of snow and temperature was still decreasing constantly, which leaded to the frost crack of pipes in smelting workshop. In order to solve this problem, production manager Gao Weidong and equipment department supervisor Dang Yaxuan arrived at company in advance on lunar Jan. 6th to command the on-site maintenance. Due to maintenance needed a lot of reinforced hose, colleagues from purchasing department almost went around to all the local market. Maintenance personnel had been working from the morning of Jan. 7th to the night of Jan. 8th lasting more than 36 hours to solve the malfunctions, which ensured the mill line in operation on time.

For 36 hours, it contains not only the employees of the sweat and tears but also a love to Longxin company; for 36 hours, it’s not the hope and supervision of leaders but the responsibility of employees felt; for 36 hours, it’s more than the concept of time, it contains employees’ expectations for Longxin company and so on.

A heavy snow means good harvest in next year. Longxin company will benefit from this snow and company excellent employees becoming more prosperous.
