Put training into practice, achieve the effect

At 14pm on March 22nd, 2014. Members of clean production team of Benxi Yongxin started to check sanitation of factory in weekly regular. This was the third inspection since the team was established after 2013, and this was also the first inspection after visiting Shanshui group. Although the first two inspections showed good results by old method sanitation, but after learning from Shanshui group, we obviously felt the further progress of sanitation in the process of checking. 

Laboratory and material warehouse were of the most significant effects. Windows were clean and items were placed in order. Although material warehouse are very close to bulk loading area which has the most severe dust pollution, but in this inspection we just found clean glasses and dustless ground. The road between 2# workshop and 3# workshop was also washed without dust. Besides, a variety of high and low voltage electric cases were clean and neat. Meanwhile, staff canteen which is closely related to people’s health was clean from the top of kitchen range to gas stove and from ground to wall.

In the process of inspection, we had seen the significant effect and the effort everyone made towards a healthier environment. At the same time, we felt the strong power a clean and healthy working environment brought to our company. Clean production is a job that need all of us to strive for and persist on. As long as everyone can realize the necessity of working in a healthy environment, our enterprise can achieve the management, production and development for a new step.
