Due to recently Zhengzhou Longxin company daily work often appears problem, each department failed to find out the problem by analyzing. So the company personnel administrative director Wei Kunjie carried out “5WHY ANALYSI” train involving on or above each department director level aiming at this phenomenon in the afternoon of June 11st.

Firstly, director Wei explained the actual cases and 5WHY analysis by using video, which let the people participating in the training have a preliminary knowledge and understanding to 5WHY ANALYSIS.

Secondly, director Wei made a detailed explanation for the four steps of 5 WHY ANALYSIS.  Let all of us to understand that four steps of this method are as follows: 1, the problem and describe relevant information; 2, ask "why" until find out the root cause; 3, to plan and implement; After 4, after performing, verify the validity and reinforcing process standards. Detailed explanation let the person in charge from different department master the operation steps of this method, which laid a solid foundation for the following explanation.

Then, director Wei told the key points of the application of this method-- the "three principles": the scene, the material, the reality. Demanding people when they are facing the problems and analyzing it, they must be personally on the scene, must see real thing and do physical contact. 

Before the end of the training, director Wei told each department manager: "when we are in the process of analysis of things we need to ask a few more why. By repeated questioning, make the person to solve the problem to avoid subjective or conceited assumption and logical trap. Starting from the result, along the causality chain and through different abstraction levels, directly find out the root cause of the original problem. Thus solve problems in a long term. "

After the training, each department managers have said that they will apply this method to practical work in the future so as to better improve work efficiency and performance of the department.
