Strengthen the awareness of the red line and promote the development of security—Benxi Yongxing first safety production activity month.

Editor report: safety production month is approved by the state council. And also it’s jointly decided by the state economic commission, the state construction committee, the national defense industry, finance &trade group, the national agriculture commission, ministry of public security under the state council, the ministry of health, the national labor bureau, the national federation of trade unions and the broadcasting bureau and so on ten departments, which started from June of 1980 to carry out the safety in production. In addition, they determined in June every year to carry out the safety in production and choose a theme every year. And then carry out safety work around the theme. The thirteenth month production safety theme in 2014 is: "strengthen the awareness of the red line, promote the development of security."

Since June 1, Benxi Yongxing carried out the safety work in factory around the thirteenth safe production activities purpose. Benxi Yongxing company adhered to the "people-oriented" production safety concept, strengthened the implementation of the safety management responsibility and leaded all staff to remember "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management" of production safety policy in this activity. Use various kinds of activities to deepen security in whole factory.

Benxi Yongxin company basically has the following steps in this month:

First, the assessment for excellent production team:

1. Each team as a unit in production dept. for assessment.

2. The assessment criteria: (1) Team members can recite "security oath", "three would" fluently. (2) The team members in production are qualified with Labor protection, safety helmet, dust mask. (3) Find potential safety hazard in time and actively finish the alteration. Then leave no hidden safety trouble around production area. (4) Team member being responsible for sharing area without any exposure for sanitation problems. (5) Safety operation rules are pasted on the wall correctly without any omission. The records for outstanding team assessment criteria will be published timely. The judges will be from the company's security team members and will make it fair.

Secondly, organize the activity of "safe production depends on you":

Company will widely collect soliciting ideas and suggestions about enterprise security from June 1st to 25th. Employees can deliver the suggestion to the general manager mailbox with their real name. The mailbox will be open once a week. And the suggestions will be published in the weekly meeting. The department manager will identify the best advice and reward proposer according to the reasonable suggestion reward model.

Thirdly, production safety training work will be organized by safety officer. The main content should include production safety, operation safety, fire prevention, flood control and lightning protection and other all-round training content.

Fourthly, during the month of safety in production, all people who violating safety production rules will get double amount of money punishment and be informed to all staff in company.

At present, Benxi Yongxin company's head of security is carrying out safety measures step by step in accordance with company deployment. So the number of potential safety hazard in factory is gradually reducing. In the future, Benxi Yongxin company will do a good job of enterprise security and make enterprise not only become a green garden-like factory but also become a more beautiful security chemical plant with the help of safety month activity.
