Benxi Yongxing company production department start to repair the mill in workshop No.3 on September 5, 2016, and the maintenance is still using off-line welding to shorten the maintenance time, in order not to affect the normal production and sales of mineral powder, and the company requires that all the maintenance should be completed within 3 days.

When the roller sleeve was removed, the mechanic found that the roller sleeve bearing a large area of peeling off in the equipment during the process of detailed inspection, and this situation is entirely outside the plan. Obviously, we are facing a severe choice, we either continue this maintenance as planned, which is to replace the normal use of the roller sleeve, but if the bearing during the course of running has any problems, then we have to do it all over again to solve them; or we can solve them together, although in that way, we dont have much time, because now is the production season, time is money, which means any day of delay will have a direct economic impact on the company.

In the face of difficulties, Benxi Yongxing people did not retreat. General Manager Sha Yunde decided to use this maintenance opportunity to repair the roller and bearing together after deep thinking, and hope that the production department get accordance with the plan to complete the maintenance tasks as soon as possible. Facing such an impossible mission, Production department, not in the slightest push off, immediately put forward maintenance staff through overtime and night work to ensure the completion. At present, the northeast has entered the fall, workers are working under the rain, they are all wet, when other people are sleeping,they are still struggling in the line, that’s how Benxi Yongxing is willing to be dedicated to their own hard work for the big family.
