Accurate Judgement, Lean Management, Work Together, New Future

On December 30th, 2016, the Bohai Fishing Harbor hotel in Benxi was bustling with joy and excitement. The lights of the big screen on the stage, which writed "Accurate judgment, Lean management, team work, and new future - the 2016 annual meeting of Benxi Yongxing Company", were reflected on the face of every Yongxing employee. These 16 Chinese words would be the guiding principle of Benxi Yongxing Company in 2017.

"Accurate judgment" means to initiatively act according to circumstances, and make future strategic decision based on our company's current situation. “Lean management” means that our company plans to implement the advanced management experience and knowledge learned from "the trip to Japan" from the year 2017 on, so as to make our company management much more detail-oriented. "Work together" expresses the company’s hope that all staff will unite in thought and action to generate the expected results. “New future" means that the company hope to build a new and much more favorable future based on the analysis and judgment of external environment and integration and optimization of the internal personnel and environment, while maintaining company’s current status.

The annual meeting officially kicked off with leaders’ speeches. The leaders personally handed off the bonuses and consolation money to outstanding staff and financially difficult workers. These bonuses and consolation money were not only affirmation but also warmth from the enterprise in the cold winter.

Company employees improvised all the performances of this year, and the scene was joyful and peaceful. In the course of the lottery draw, the atmosphere gradually levitated to climax, with singing, applause and cheers rippling over the meeting for a long time.

Finally, in the sound of beautiful music, the meeting came to a very successful end in a harmonious, warm and joyful atmosphere. The 2016 had faded away from us. And in 2017, the company staffs were full of hopes, and would continue to working hard, keeping learning, and creating a better future with diligence and wisdom.
