 There is an old saying in China: nothing can be accomplished without norms and standards. It means that there is rules and regulations for everything. The rules in the enterprise is reflected by regulation, which is the institutional basis of the company's survival and the conduct of employees’ behaviors and compliance for both company and workers in the production and operation activities, and also invisible constraint on employees' daily work processes and behaviors.

Human resources department, as leading department of Benxi Yongxing Company, is fully aware of the importance of company management system. At the beginning of the year, according to the leadership of the company, the human resources department has revised the "Personnel Management Handbook". On April 7th, 2017 and April 13th, the human resource department carried out training sessions for the company production and administration workers according to the "Attendance Management Rules" and "Rewards and Punishment Regulations" in "Personnel Management Handbook”. In the training session, the training instructor explanted to them with revised content and realistic violation examples from daily work. The employees who attended the training carefully listened, followed by the trainer’s thoughts, actively participated in the interaction, asked unclear questions. Before the training some employees thought the system was just a monetary punishment, but they all starts seeing the importance of regulations.

An excellent enterprise ought to have perfect system, standardized management, and sharing culture. This training enabled employee to realize the importance of "Attendance Management Regulation" and "Rewards and Punishment Management Regulation".
